Being in the south, these petting zoo parties are popping up everywhere. As much as I would ADORE doing one of these, my kids sadly have a birthday smack in the middle of winter. As with everything I do, I believe the invitation sets the tone and allows you to grow from there. From farm party favors, to pig cupcakes. You could even do a fabulous tiered cake using just the colors from the invite. You could also do multi colored cupcakes, and get some cute gingham cupcake wrappers. I love using cowboy hats as party hats. Teal and hot pink are the main colors, but you can add yellows in as well to make it a very colorful and fun party. Gingham is the traditional fabric used here, but you can also go with a bandanna print as well. The possibilities are endless! As for food? Well, fair food of course! Cotton candy, corndogs, etc. Fabulous time!
